EDITORIAL: The Power of Brand Imagery

Content is king when it comes to developing your organizations marketing communications tools across all web, print and digital applications.  Powerful, quality photography will speak volumes about your company, your workforce, and the services you provide.

The old adage rings true which states “A picture is worth a thousand words”.  Construction job sites and heavy industrial work environments offer rich and varied opportunities for capturing the high impact imagery necessary for leveraging and promoting your business.

Poor quality photographs will lack a brand dynamism and can work to undermine the credibility of your company.  Images like these and the others I feature throughout my website will go a long way towards establishing your company’s credentials and in accurately communicating the scope and scale of your work.

Establishing a program for capturing quality, promotion-worthy images of projects will ensure that your organization has photographs on-hand when needed.  Incorporating them into a Digital Asset Management System (DAMS) will better prepare you for PR opportunities that arise and when developing marketing communications tools.  Measures like these will help you in promoting your company in the best possible light and bring consistency to your brand.
